Citadel Goldsmiths Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions also apply to the purchase and redemption of Citadel Goldsmiths Gift Cards:

1. Shop until 24^th December 2022 for a free entry into the gift card prize draw with every purchase.  We use the Random.org website to select the winner, supervised by Edward & Amaury Solicitors solicitors. The winner will be drawn on Saturday 24^th December at 12.00pm in our shop at 77 Castle Street, Carlisle, CA3 8SL 
2. The winner will be notified by phone or email.
3. We cannot offer cash in place of the balance on a lost, faulty or stolen card.
4. Citadel Goldsmiths cannot be held liable for lost, faulty or stolen cards or any credit amounts on such cards.
5. No change can be given on the cards or the balance on the cards exchanged for cash.
6. Citadel Goldsmiths reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions that apply or to discontinue the card scheme at any time.
7. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
8. In accepting these terms and conditions, you are confirming you have read, understood and accept any 3rd party card terms and conditions that may apply. If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be kept on your Gift Card ready for future purchases.
9. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by a credit or a debit card.
